When will my order arrive?

We make our cookies fresh daily and ship them out the same day to ensure your package arrives as fresh as possible. All orders placed by 12pm (noon) Pacific Standard Time will be shipped out within 48 hours depending on the size of the order.

will i receive a tracking number

When your order is placed on the website, you will receive an email with an order confirmation number. This is confirmation that your order has successfully been placed. Additionally, once your order has been shipped out, you will receive a confirmation email which will contain a USPS tracking number.

shipping charges

Our system allows you to only ship through USPS because they are the most economical way to send packages through the mail. Depending on where we are shipping your cookies, it generally takes 3-5 days to arrive.
